So, back to my original thread, the Gremlin isn't a wagon (though it is a Kammback), but the same-body AMC Eagle Kammback is both a Kammback and a wagon?

Kammback is very much in reference to shape, not body/size of the car. The Gremlin is a Kammback, but it's clearly not a station wagon. It's an aerodynamic trick whereby an abruptly truncated shape actually has similar airflow to the entire shape without the size or weight.

You don't. And the gearbox you see is pretty short on choices, too.
