The Model T pickup would like to talk about the first car-based utility vehicle with an open bed. He doesn't sound happy.

That's not how cops get killed, because permit holders aren't criminals or they wouldn't pass the fingerprint or background check.

Except the hottest ever recorded was 57.

The big problem is that every cop thinks he's this good. To hear the way they talk (including about each other), cops are better drivers, riders, and a better shot than anyone of the general public. I don't want to ride against this guy, but I'd gladly challenge any of my local cops at any of the three.

Ditto "irregardless," which my spell-check didn't underline. Also marked for death on my list is "nauseous" when the writer/speaker means "nauseated." They're nauseous when they say it, they just don't realize why.

I knew about the facelift, but I wasn't aware that there were so few of them total. The ideal one to me would be a mk1 Rover with a manual (labeled Vitesse), but that apparently wasn't built. How many left? puts the number in the UK at about 500, so that's pretty in line with your total production assuming a few LHD

To be fair, it traveled 700' after the crash and may have slid upside-down or flipped multiple times.

Heart click and a dollar in the swear jar from me.

And in a year or so, it could be "buy all the planes?" when all the adult thinking is gone.

lol

It's not "out of." It was built this way, and the 260 in the name is the horsepower rating. Rover bought the engine-trans combo in a box (just like for the ex-Qvale MG SV) and put them in the car in the Longbridge factory right alongside the humble 4-cylinder FWD diesel models.

883 total, or 883 estates?

It's as-built.

I've wanted one of those as long as they've existed. I'd prefer a Rover-branded sedan, but NP anyway.

Now playing

One of the first ones: the infamous Mustang test drive.

It's a shame, too. If he'd run as a Democrat, he'd carry Illinois.

After the first season aired, I'm surprised they could ever get another manufacturer to lend them a car. The tipping, bouncy ride down that dirt road is a great example.

Pretty bad when publicity material shows a car with droopy wipers.

Interior.
