Drag is merely extreme performance of gender. Generally, but not always, a performance opposite a person's gender and independent of sexual orientation. I don't know if you wrote all that just to make a "butt" joke, but in the US at least, the age they "look" absolutely is an issue. Sexual images depicting children, even if obviously animated and fake, are still illegal and carry the same penalties as real photos.
