Well, Lucy Lawless pretty much found out Xena had been cancelled while she was on the set of a talk show, so it's ending was definitely slapped on. I've grown to not despising the ending with time, though it would be a stretch to say I like it.
Annoyingly, the Netflix openings don't use "How Soon is Now?" I'm assuming there is a licensing issue there somewhere.
It isn't about length, but how it's used. And boy did Xena use her length (except for the Twilight of the Gods bit — that was terrible).

That's because #3 is ubiquitous. Every person has at least one friend with an addiction to dating assholes (male or female). If you don't, chances are you're either the asshole or the person who dates them.
Definitely. I learned in my youth that Goth clubs were far more chaste than Catholic high school dances. There was always one ultra-alt couple making out as publicly as possible (we all wondered if they ever got around to actual sex), but the remainder of us lost our libidos to stress over striking the right mixed…
No. Next question?
Just look at all that phallic imagery around. Either he is compensating or he is really packing and wants the whole world to know.
Pleasantly surprised to see this piece, particularly considering Jezebel's weird fashion study from a month ago that used a specious methodology to partition Hispanic women into "real" and "white" categories.
I think it's significantly more complicated than a simple "men vs women" or even "internalized misogyny" factor. Sexism is a major component in defining expectations for women's look, but so are racism and classism. Unless you're playing by radfem rules, the problems are inter-sectional.

It is entirely fitting to see anti-porn second-wavers claim Patti Stanger as an ally.
Right, this coming from the prick who posted this earlier:
Earth to d-bag — not everyone who posts on or reads Jezebel is a radical feminist who buys into the "gender is nothing but a social construct" schtick.
It's hyperbolic parody of the highly questionable 2nd wave feminist position on anal sex that I've seen throughout the years.
You must obey the 2nd wavers — you think you enjoy anal sex only because men have brainwashed you and pressured you into thinking it feels good. Unlike patriarchy, they know what you want and need, in and outside of the bedroom.
lol, "white knighting" — good to see knuckle-draggers are still tossing that term around. Makes 'em easy to pick out and laugh off.
THANKS OBAMA!
