I find the way I speak incredibly annoying at times, and I am embarrassed by it. I try to change the way I speak, but when I get excited or nervous, I can’t seem to control it. Why do we make fun of people for things like that? Can’t we all just get along and be nice?!

I only watched the first half. I’m not sure if it is the occasional squeak, the occasional lapse into a casual style that seems like it would be an affectation and not her true way of speaking, or that she is probably drunk in the interview into that is the annoying thing.
