Born in a dark time for automobiles, the Mustang II may have been "the right car at the right time" to some, but it is hardly appreciated now that we don't have the 70's oil crisis hanging over our heads.

A wimpy tires meets a crap-ton of torque 2-step.

Engage 2-Step.

And it still had enough life in it to roast some rubber. If he'd have thought to stick it in first, not letting it hop in-and-out of 2nd, it would have been a better show.

Dressing strangely seems to run in Lady Gaga's family.

I never said it was the right answer, just that the Beetle's miniscule weight makes the PRV's 130hp seem livable, unlike the same output in the DeLorean, which is 1000lbs heavier.

I think this may be the only time that a PRV V6 from a DeLorean would be considered a decent engine to have.

"Pussy Wagon" from Kill Bill

I think the biggest problem is that too many people approach driving the same way most teenagers approach mowing the lawn, or any other chore for that matter. They don't care, it's something they have to do, not something that they have a motivation to do properly. That's when you get half-assery like going under

The cost of a baseball bat: to beat some sense into some of the idiots out there.

OH-PAAH!!

As the owner of a foxbody (not a '79 pace car though) I may be only slightly biased.

Anyone else taking into account it was a one-wheel burnout?

If you must know, I'm freshening up a V8 Mustang. I've got the space to work on it after helping my friend sort out his basket-case FC RX-7.

You do realize that I'm basing my statement off GT4, since I actually own that one. Go back and read: "I lack a newer Playstation to enjoy the game (GT5, or 6 for that matter) on," and "Take the FD RX-7 in GT4 for example." Perhaps you should read my post more thoroughly before you assume I'm talking about one game

I'm assuming this "premium" argument you have has something to do with the newer games, since the last GT i played was 4. Normally, I would tell you to go drink you Haterade somewhere else, but since you seem so sure of yourself I'd love to see you explain how this could happen.

You have a good point. Still, is it really necessary to have the same bodystyle and trim level of car represented for multiple years when there was effectively no change between them?

While I lack a newer Playstation to enjoy the game on, I do have one consistent gripe with the series. There are 18 million versions of the Japanese sports cars while something like, say, the Mustang only has 2, maybe 3, variations.

Simple yet effective. Kinda sums up the whole car in a way.
