“[B]ut to many more, the fact that a company who specializes in missiles and drones has a space division in the first place is troubling all on its own.”

Be greedy.

I believe that the proper pluralization is actually Michelles Yeoh

I’d be surprised if they wiped all those characters out instead of some deus ex machina teleporting them elsewhere or shielding them. It was a hell of a way to end a first season of television.

Woke up this morning, got myself a blaster.

It infuriates me that they cut short the second season, and that the third is going to have even less episodes.  Disney said it “Didn’t fit the brand”.  I ask, it didn’t fit the brand EXACTLY HOW??!?  Correct me if I am wrong, but the one and only thing that looks off-brand with Disney is the DARN CUTEST LESBIAN

The neckbeards that have made this art style “divisive” are incredibly obnoxious. The through-line to the never ending complaints about “Cal Arts” style or whatever is a resentment that these cartoons are targeted at a new generation of children, not catering to the nostalgia of 50 year old men (and its *always* men).

Agreed, much better casting for that!

On the other hand, I can’t definitively say that I have ever seen his feet so that’s okay.

This can be augmented by sufficient and judicious application of pouches.

I think they should cast Idris Elba as M. For once have a superior who isn’t going to give Bond a polite dressing down for destroying half a city but instead delivers a proper bollicking. Someone who has had enough of Bond and his crap and isn’t afraid to let loose.

Why does it need an English dub?

Isn’t she like in her early 50s? She’s too old to play an action-heavy chara....

Just to chime in, but HBO was primarily in the business of direct-to-cable movies and re-airing theater releases for most of its existence. It was a rather profitable way for studios to earn more money on their movie releases once they left theaters since many people wouldn’t splurge on a VCR and a tape of a movie,

I, who went in sneering, lip a-curled

Three men are beating and robbing a meek couple in a dark alley. Suddenly, behind and unbeknownst to them, a glowing red pair of eyes appears in the darkness. Within seconds, the three attackers are vaporized as the couple looks on in shock and fear. The camera slowly moves toward the red eyes as a light in the alley

These damned salary caps are killing us!

The straight community will never make the playoffs now that she’s been traded.

I was very disappointed she didn’t show up in this! Or maybe she’s become a full fledged tomato.

Games like Uncharted and The Last of Us are such a cinematic experience in the first place that making a movie seems redundant at best, anyway. There is no way a movie could be nearly as fulfilling.
