The Joe Johnston sketch gives the X- and Y-wings identical speeds. And yet, we see a Y-wing run down a TIE Interceptor in a stern chase over Endor.

Points of order:
You’re both right, as it turns out. “Redfordations” was used as a perjorative for what was presumably some kind of assistance program for persons from the new US state of Vietnam.
Mr. Prinze makes a bunch of valid points, but as much as I’ve enjoyed all these various Star-based Wars, art is a form of communication. If people don’t get art, it’s the fault of the artist, not the audience.
I remember seeing this film! By which I mean I remember the Rose Marie cameo, and the Tawny Kitaen shower scene, and literally nothing else.

That fantastic sixpack is courtesy of Steven’s mental image of his father, as detailed in the “Guitar Dad teaches you guitar” poster.
Another Pearl-related revelation: Blue and Yellow Pearls snarking back at the Diamonds. Are they off behavior control now? They certainly seem to be the official Voice of Homeworld, since the broadcast logo has their profiles on it.

The season breaks are mostly arbitrary--by all means, watch the show however you can get it.
Hopefully, season 6 will start to address finding out who set them in motion, and why.
Little Homeworld!
Rebels already added a time travel element, so that precedent is set.
I think Jordan Peele is filling that billet at the moment.
