Not a fan of cosmetic DLC at all really. You are right in that there's no harm done and even that they look kind of cool, I was just highlighting the fact that the article's author seemed confused as to why they would release this stuff, when it's very obvious they're just trying to ride the coat tails of another

Yeah, I was talking about this on another article. Square-Enix has shown themselves to be pretty terrible with decision making in the last few years so it's not surprising that they think this will attract new gamers as well convincing current fans to shell out their money. I would love to see the sales figures for

From what I'm gathering from talking to people, you get charged right away (it's a pre-purchase, not a pre-order) and they will post you a pre-purchase box (basically an empty DVD case) with codes and stuff.

"I've said it once, and I'll say it again: I really don't understand the point of these cross game costume collaborations."

I'm from the UK, but I agree with your point about the word "awesome".

I like how he says "that's mental" as if finding a WoW player nowadays is some kind of rarity.

Didn't actually know how much they were when I posted that. I just assumed they were at least 20 times their value (which is about 10p).

Maybe someone who has actually completed Xenoblade could do a review of it?

"HMM WE'RE LOSING THE WESTERN MARKET. QUICK ADD COSTUMES FROM WHATEVER IS POPULAR OVER THERE AND SELL THEM AT EXTORTIONATE PRICES, THAT'LL SAVE US."

I would say anywhere between 25 and 40 hours. Depends how much extra stuff you do. It's not really free roaming like Skyrim or something like that. You'd be hard pressed to make it last longer than 40 hours.

At the end of the day, if you're happy trusting review written by someone whose only played half the game, then by all means go ahead.

It's more to the Gears side of the spectrum, but it's nowhere near as preachy or philosophical.

Obviously no-one expects a reviewer to do literally everything in a game before they are qualified to review it, but I would at least expect them to finish the main part of the game before they are qualified to write something and label it a "review".

Could you summarise your friend's story? I'm always curious to hear about people getting convicted for crazy things.

Perhaps not, but that's not the impression I got. He made the whole point at the beginning about not trusting the internet and hype ever again. Just seems like he wanted to kick off the review going against the popular opinion to make people read on.

Ha, this answer wins. I'll retract my question.

You got a decent PC? Runs great on Dolphin, and there's no legal issue seeing as you actually do own it...

Chrono Trigger can be the best RPG of generations it's not a part of?

"Hmm there's been a big fuss about this game... Better disagree with all the hype to bump up the views!"

Ha, I've never read it but he did a series called MAR after Flame of Recca... looks to be similar shounen fare really.
