It is not porn. If you watch the director's cut there is 4 or 5 sex/rape scenes throughout the movie but it's still an anime, one which can be considered a hentai due to the amount of sex in the movie I would not call it a straight up porno like Bible Black, no.

Since launch, i've had VERY few issues. The crashing is blown out of proportion, the 'netcode' issues are blown out of proportion. What people haven't been saying is the game is fun as shit and looks gorgeous. Pick it up. you wont regret it.
