No PC release? ...Really?

And maybe it'll break the PC because of the addition of GFWL and how Capcom doesn't give a rat's ass about the PC platform.

You know, I loved Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, but Partners in Time was a huge disappointment to me. Is this game more along the lines of the former, or the latter?
