Why not be cordial? His ignorance and the inability of either his staff or Congressional GOPs to stand up to him have lead to China playing him like a fiddle in these trade talks.

This is so humiliating. On an international stage we have to put up with toddler level understanding and the adult in the room has to not just humor him but pretend it made sense. It is full on child tantrum level shit.

I honestly can’t believe the Chinese have been so damn cordial through all of this nonsense (not to excuse their exploitation of American IP), but I assume the expectation is that same as it is in Russia:  He may be an unstable moron, but at least he can be steered into a more beneficial position for China/Russia/etc.

This man has been alone in a room making deals with the likes of Putin and Kim Jong Un and I don’t think we’re going to know just how awful those deals were until it’s way past too late.
