When an Accounting firm is being investigated and its clients offshore companies which it setup and are being run by a former employee start shutting down and shredding documents. I think it looks terrible and doesn’t lend itself to KPMG reputation being “well regarded”.

I think it’s less about the number of nukes and more about the reporting to each nation and open lines of communication. Communication which can stop an accidental incident from becoming a nuclear showdown.
