I was thinking: Wow, a game with two women (pretty sure you play as a woman, judging on the hands when she grabs the bag from the rope) with a darker skin tone as the main roles!

I loved Firewatch. Give me this.
It is on the Switch, as you can see in the leading image. It is, however, also on other platforms.
Seems like he’s whistling with his tongue though, which isn’t that difficult. Being pitch perfect is something else, but I highly doubt the whistling is done with his nose.
The video is totally overacted, how does this play for real? How does it look? How many times per corner is your car flying off the track?

I agree it’s easy to explain to newcomers (I often set the game up, and explain while we play), but also to people completely new to board gaming? Because that’s the group I meant with “new gamers”. There’s simply too much going on for people who are not used to board games.

Can’t recommend 7 Wonders Duel enough! Haven’t tried Jaipur yet, but I also have just gotten it last weekend :)

“Simulated Game Footage”
My main gaming “group” is my partner and me. There are tons of good games for two people! Go buy 7 Wonders Duel and come back after you played it 5 times.
It’s REALLY overpriced and the shipping to Europe is bonkers.
The leader-animations in Civ VI are so sick. I don’t know what, but that shit is so smooth.
That’s roughly $4.500 per year, or $375 a month. Of course it’s a lot of money, but there are people out there who spend a lot more money on (unnecessary) things every month, and it isn’t considered an addiction.
And simpler-looking graphics are cheaper to make? I’m pretty sure that good pixel art (not saying this game has good pixel art, just as an example) is more difficult than a 3D-model.
Since when do graphics influence the price of a game? Isn’t it still all about gameplay?
I don’t feel anything about Sheldon, it’s a character. I just think it’s a stupid show.
Meet X that has a problem with Y.
So, what about the hygiene? I’m pretty sure that in Europe, there’s a law that states that a toilet has to be one door and X meters away, or closer, but with two doors in between. It can’t be okay to shit next to where you prepare your food...
Papa Goomba has a mustache in that vid. Just let that sink in.
But what about the onions?!
