I imagine it would look a lot like Itchy & Scratchy.

As someone who grew up saying it that way (because my parents always did) until my spouse started teasing me for it, leave poor George alone.

Looks entertaining, but also curious to see how physicists will pick it apart.

The recent announcement that The Expanse will end after season six is a bummer—and how are they gonna handle cramming books six through nine into one season?—but that’s a bummer for another day.

God, I need the Hawkguy conversation at the rooftop BBQ to be a scene in this.

Only 4K@60hz passthrough? I was under the impression this was one of the first soundbars on the market with HDMI 2.1/4K@120hz passthrough. Been keeping an eye out for an upgrade for my LG C9 OLED. If it doesn’t have HDMI 2.1, that’s a deal breaker for me.

Yeah, I get that. All the other streaming services I use regular (and some that I don’t, looking at you Peacock) have apps on my OLED and it’s just convenient to not have to switch inputs, remotes, etc. HBO Max is literally the only one I have to turn over to a different device for.

An LG TV app would be nice too.

Burn it all down, then.

But now we need to know if Mark Wahlberg grew a proper mustache to play Sully.

I will never not love this episode.

Yeah, I was getting a heavy Mandalorian vibe from the music. I went to look for who the score composer is, wondering if it was Ludwig Göransson, but I can’t find anything.

and yes, even Butterfingers, deserve a higher ranking than the questionably esteemed Reese’s cup

Yeah, the opening credits of the “movie” were basically a play on the Wrath of Kahn theme, with the melody from the Lower Decks theme worked in.

The conflict in Raised by Wolves is between two human factions, though. It’s just that the religious faction used androids as weapons.

At 2K per eye, if this is a reasonable price, it might spur me to finally get a VR system.

“I know! Let’s make the woman who was forced by her boss to babysit and was understandably disinterested in doing so because it was not in her job description, and make her suffer a horrific string of near-deaths before she gets swallowed whole by a goddamn mosasaur!”

I think there are a lot of rose-colored glasses being worn in regards to the general quality of the older shows as well. There is a mountain of trash and mediocrity along with the good stuff in older Trek.

There’s also the fact that they want to bring in new fans to boost subscriber numbers. Creating a show in 2017-2020, which is set in the mid 23rd century, but using designs and futurism from the 1960s so that it fits with the aesthetic wouldn’t have worked out well. It would have made the most hard core canon nuts
