Sort of the same way it happens to me here in Europe when people talk of their jeep... I am an American, and to most of us jeep means Jeep. I get so confused here, it could mean anything 4WD and off-road capable, Land Rover, Suzuki Jimny, Toyota FJ, Nissan Patrol, etc, etc... sometimes actually a Jeep, there are

I am still somewhat sad I passed over a nice low mileage HR-V last spring... but I went with a mint '94 Prelude with only 65k miles instead, so I am not that sad! :)

"Oops! I just sharted!"

The rule is 25 years, so in one month 1990 models will be legal.

The middle of nowhere in the desert is not exactly considered prime real estate to most people...

OK, Done!

Holy crap...

the '83 Mercedes 300GD was way overpriced, as fully 880% of you gave it a Crack Pipe vote.

I am likely to be the only Jalop who doesn't care about the 2000GT one bit, more interested in seeing more of that FJ!

As the proud owner of a Buick Grand National I am going... to... um... wait, what were we talking about?

Russia is at least as far away from the major military bases in Alaska (Fairbanks and Anchorage) as Los Angeles is from the middle of New Mexico... it is quite a distance.

Ahhhh, Alaska! Home sweet home. Perhaps someday will make it back there. :(

Exactly. Very similar to what I just posted too. Amazed how overpriced G-Wagens are in the USA. Here in Norway many of them are just old farmer's trucks, used and abused as so.

Huge crack pipe. Buy this one in Germany for less. It has less miles and a more interesting color (IMO) and even after shipping and import duties you'll be ahead. (if I did my math correctly that is.) :) LINK And that is just one of the first and more expensive ones I found, they can be found all day long on there

I hear that, I came so close to buying a HR-V when I was looking for a new (used) car here in Norway in May. It was a 2004 HR-V in that funky minty green someone posted above with just 88,000 kilometers on it (55K miles). I ended up in an, insanely clean and near mint '94 Prelude that only had 100K kilometers (65K

30 MB for $29, what is this, 1997? Jeez, just one browse one of my photographer friends many online albums on Facebook would put me over in about 5 minutes... Well, apparently at the speed they probably download to the plane, maybe 50 minutes, but still.

He bought it from Norway? That means he paid about 3 times as much as he should have. Should have been cheaper for him to buy one from the USA and ship it, he still had to import it either way.

I have seen this n a few places in Europe sorta like this... The mechanic has a desk along one wall of the garage, or a little office, for doing paper work and such and the customer can come in and sit and talk directly with him too.

My most unpopular opinion is that I hate "Regular Car Reviews"...
