They do that by themselves with non-political oriented things too. You gotta realize, they're a business that has little to no regulation. They can do whatever they want with the money and they themselves try to regulate how you can use the money people send you.

I doubt it was on any political orders. Its more like businessmen in the financial market doing dirty business (as usual). Thats not to say that politics couldn't change this. There needs to be more regulation on businesses that handle large sums of money as their sole purpose of business and that includes banks.

Happened three times in a five month period to me. Then again I was the seller on ebay. Paypal is biased towards the buyer and if they're dishonest, you'll go through hell and likely lose out on the product you shipped.

Thats the PSO Episode I and II which actually came out on the Gamecube with a PC specific upgraded version releasing later. It added a few new classes including that one. .

I got the Dreamcast Keyboard specifically for Phantasy Star Online. Well worth it imo.
