popups lag way behind since they have to show every one and not skipt hem. he was leveling faster than they can show. Same happened to me w/ paragon levels, I had 100 levels higher than the popups were showing.

What’s ‘insanely skillfull’ about understanding how leveling up a new character works when teamed up with stronger players? All it takes is some basic understanding of how the game works, and knowing the right gear to use for XP boosts.

To add to my comment...my point is going through efforts to make downloads smaller are merely a band-aid on a knife wound. No matter how you cut it, the pipelines aren’t growing with technology, and that’s not a problem created by / the fault of the gaming industry, in my opinion. We shouldn’t stunt growth just…

Respectfully, I don’t think download sizes are the problem. Data caps/speeds by ISP monopolies content with being stuck 10 years behind the rest of the world are the problem.
