This is really nice... A lot of times when I leave home, my phone is still connected to my home wifi network because the bus stop is very close. However, it's not close enough to actually download anything from the network for some reason, so I have to turn off WiFi to use 3G. Pretty annoying.

Here is just the first article regarding this that popped up on Google.

This is exactly what I predicted when I did a mockup of a 4" iPhone. This way developers don't have to re-size any graphics, they just have to adjust the size of the viewing area vertically.

Obama is a direct shot to the brain, whereas republicans are a slow drilling... AKA both are bad, but at least with Obama you die quick. American politics are horrible.

I hope it contains information about the reason why he has killed Americans abroad with no disclosure as to why. That would be a truly useful app.

Right, cause an app made by the Obama campaign won't be biased at all...

If all you can do is call someone a "dummy" and make asinine assumptions and general statements, I don't think I have a reason to speak to you.

No. I don't know what links you are clicking, but when I click a link it first opens the browser (as it's a link), and then it redirects to the YouTube app, where the video plays.

I know. I'm just confirming that no, you can't on iOS.

Totally! I'm getting really sick of people making excuses and saying Google's third-party app will be better. On iOS, there is no third party app that can replace a built-in app's functionality. It's just not possible.

Oh I don't know, something that seems really cool at first but then nobody uses it?

Uh, actually it has, considering they stopped all development of flash on mobile because Apple didn't want it.

Exactly... The built-in YouTube app is very convenient. What's going to happen now when you click a YouTube link? How are you going to share YouTube videos to Twitter and Facebook (which was working great on the first iOS 6 BETAs)? It just adds extra steps to things that are much easier now.

Nope, you can't.

No honey. I watch YouTube through the YouTube app. I know how to use my iPhone, "dummy".

It isn't better quality unless you're watching over cellular internet, which I don't. Plus it's really slow and really doesn't compare to the ease of use that the built-in app has.

When was the last time you used it? You absolutely can watch videos in portrait. And it's much faster than the web app, like at least 10x faster for me.
