Given where Star Wars was pre-TFA watchable is a fucking huge improvement.

Seriously. JJ has a real passion for it, and it’s great to see him decide to come back. My little girl and I absolutely loved Force Awakens, and I can’t wait to check out 9 now. Great to see my hopes actually come true.

Beautiful and terrible as the dawn! Treacherous as the sea! Stronger than the foundations of the Earth! All shall love her and despair!

I was thinking that Hela might survive and becomes the “Death” that Thanos falls in love with and sets out to destroy the universe for her affections in Infinity War.

Is anyone else looking forward to Thor: Ragnarok more than any other movie currently? Including The Last Jedi?

I found the first film to be a ton of fun.

To be fair, it’s pretty difficult to tell it’s supposed to look different when the rest of the movie is already so desaturated and gray.

Agreed. Iron Fist obviously needs help, but Luke Cage needs him too because his show went off the rails after they lost Cottonmouth.

I think Iron Fist needs Luke Cage a lot more than Luke Cage needs Iron Fist. I’m fine with one more season for each solo then a team up.

I like Every Frame A Painting, it makes me sad there hasn’t been more of those.

You guys ran an article on this months ago, they split the season to do two shorter seasons closer together. I wish I could find the article but I’m not in much of a mind to go digging back for it but you may want to look it up and link to it because this is the second time they explained it (I think it’s from around

I really liked the first one, but ASM2 was bad. Idiotic plot devices, terrible villains, and bad writing.

Interesting I had never even heard of that scene before in my entire life. I wonder if it has ever been referenced in any other movies or TV shows.

I know I’m in the minority, but I’m not one for deaths to make it “real” or to show “how high the stakes are.” Give me superheroes saving everyone and themselves and riding off into the sunset any day. That’s why they’re superheroes.

It makes me sad he had a stroke and hasn’t been able to do as much. I have yet to see a movie he was in where he didn’t improve it, even if he was a side character, like in Oscar.

I can’t even. That picture in the elevator.

You wait until Gordon’s back is turned while he’s still talking to Batman. Works every time.

I worry so much that one day he’ll disappoint, because we’re not allowed good things.
