I just started reading a book by former NBC President Warren Littlefield titled "Top of the Rock: Inside the Rise and Fall of 'Must See TV.'" The format is a little weird, but so far I'm really enjoying it.

it really is amazing. Unfortunately, it is sleeveless, about two sizes too small, and has a very feminine cut to it (I'm a dude). I would look ridiculous in it. I have Kermit the Frog arms and sleeveless shirts aren't my thing. But I still love it.

the Calaveras county fair is nicknamed "The Frog Jump." It runs Thursday thru Sunday and when I was in grade school (the 80's) that Thursday/Friday were school holidays.

I went to a small high school in the foothills of Northern California called Calaveras High School. Redskins is their mascot as well. There is surprisingly little dialogue about the use of the term, especially considering the large number of Native Americans who used to live in this region.
