People have spent the greater parts of human history taking shit that isn’t theirs. Sometimes because they need it to get by. Sometimes just to sow discord, but mostly because they want it. Attributing the thefts to a class inequality just excuses one basic, human failing with another.

No, the very fact that Uber and Lyft and other ride-sharing company are thriving is the proof that government is over-regulating the taxi industry.

I support London’s decision to ban Uber, for example, because Black Cab drivers are fucking amazing.

Why does the government have to do something? I’m sure a lot of horse shoers committed suicide after cars became popular. It’s not ride sharings fault. They came up with a better product.

15000 nyc taxis, most running with more than driver. So assuming 25k taxi drivers, 6 suicides. Comes out to about 1 suicide per 4200 people. The national suicide rate among men is approx 1/4700.

Formula E was the more interesting open wheel race today in Switzerland. But it wasnt because of the track. Had the penalties and black flags not flown it would of been almost as boring

If you have cable Fox Sports 1 is usually part of a basic sports package, and if you have the channel you could stream on fox Sports go, if not there is no legal stream......unless you’re in Japan then the race is streaming on twitter apparently

Switzerland didn’t ban Motorsport entirely they only banned circuit racing. time trail events such as hill climbs and rallying were still allowed. Take the Rallye International du Valais which was part of the European Rally Championship for nearly 30 years.
