What year is this?!
I tried watching this, but this was too over the top for my tastes. I was hoping for another Kill La Kill, but alas, this wasn’t it. Maybe I’ll try it again somewhere down the line, but where does this show start clicking?
How to design video game characters:
The only example was Super Mario Run which lacked the depth of a real game but still demanded $10.
As someone who rather enjoyed the game till now. I think this might be a turning point. Old tactics were scummy, but aside from the first garden event, nothing has been particularly bad for an Animal Crossing game which is already about waiting anyways. But this is straight up loot boxes.
spent 100 leaf tickets, immediately got duplicates. thanks nintendo, i hate it.
I mean, I don’t know why you felt the need to “reach out” when the answer is plain if you follow the game: There’s no incentive to spend money at all. The original intent of Pocket Camp was that you would spend tickets to speed up crafting, buy items to mass fish, etc. But with the way the game is balanced, you don’t…
Careful what you wish for, people. Everyone demanded Nintendo “join the 21st century” well here they are. They’re always behind everyone else and have never listened to consumers so this was a lethal combination. While everyone else realized months ago loot boxes were a bad idea here come Nintendo, tearing through the…
Nintendo tried to warn you, they tested a full package with Super Mario Run, but no, people didn’t want that. They opted for the crack of “Free” but not free. You’ve all brought this doom upon yourselves.
Can you really write an article about this kinda thing when your own site is bright white?
Seeing Morgana in a Sonic the Hedgehog suit is some meta-fursona Persona shit. Like, it’s so meta I don’t even know what to call it, how to take it, or anything. I feel like I should go to bed slathered in chili dogs.
The first problem, is that Gwent was likely “dumbed down” to appeal to an audience large enough to support the game. There’s only so much “air” in the digital CCG market, and they need to peel players off from HS and Magic Arena, IPs with significantly larger overall fanbases.
Are there any video game “pros” who aren’t childish, racist, sexist, homophobic shitstains?
this type of gatcha, called ‘complete gatcha’ was actually banned in Japan in 2012. Nexon shouldve known this was shady as fuck.
Exactly typical BS. 801 million... and $875,000 is like pocket change... Sure they really learned a tough lesson on that one. They learned it was well worth it probably made way more then $875,000 off the BS.
As opposed to the umpteenth variation on “guy attends magical high school/is trapped in another world, discovers his AMAZING UNSTOPPABLE POWERS, snags all the girls” that your teenage son would come up with?
So here’s one thing I’ll give Microsoft huge kudos for: being account based and the ability to filter per game. So my kids each have an account, and that account follows them from system to system. If I’ve limited them to games rated below T, but there’s a specific T (or even M) title I want to let one of them play, I…
