You don’t get to cash in on the name recognition without picking up the baggage that comes with it. They could have called this anything else and we would have been none the wiser, but they decided to call it Metal Gear because they knew it would draw more attention. Well, they got it.

You know what’ll ease that tedious crushing grind?
SV coins, available through macrotransactions right now!

A hiatus is just marketing-speak for “we give up.”

Then developers need to stop using that term when they actually mean cancelled...

Oh this is a fun game! BLANK is too good to have stayed buried on the Wii U. Fill in the Blank

Now playing

Nintendo’s stingy video restrictions recently kept us from showing you some of the cool things we got to do with their new Labo games, but now you can see what we played—and more—in some nice hype videos. The Robot Kit still seems thin; the Variety Kit looks very fun. Highlight: Motorbike course-maker stuff at 4:15 in.

It’s a free to play digital card game of course it is. There is a difference between Loot Crates in a $60.00 game and one that is f2p... furthermore, Gwent is actually among the most generous f2p card games out there. When I didn’t dislike the game I got to the top 500 without paying a cent.

Gwent’s next game mode will be Gwent Arena. Players will have three lives to complete nine matches using crafted decks that ignore faction restrictions. You should probably start building your absurd dream team now.

I really wish Earthbound’s unique approach to this had caught on. After your party grows to a certain average level, enemies in the area will actively avoid you. You can still run up to them and fight if you want.

Not sure about it. The beat gets really weird. I am sure by time Kingdom Hearts 3.75 and 3/4ths remixes it for the 12th time I’ll dig it.

With uniforms, no one has to spend wasteful amounts of cash in an attempt to ‘fit in’. Where is the ‘individualism’ in that?

Is that a problem? Honestly, how is pure individualism working out in the west? I’m all for people being individuals after they first learn how to be part of something bigger than themselves. I think people lack a lot of empathy, manners, and respect for one another because of overt individualism leading to isolation

Meeting women it the old days was a lot easier with no trouble at all compared to today which unfortunately now they sleep around a lot, and just can’t commit to only one man anymore.

Ok you see THIS is how you make a modern throwback to SNES era RPGs. Look how lush the environments are and how detailed everything is. I just played Lost sphere and it’s bland, drab, and the world is lifeless. But THIS game is what I expect to see in a title like this. Yes, inject this shit directly into my veins,

As someone who does the same (and did spend a hefty amount of time with the MHW character creator), I say most of those people probably didn’t take advantage of the full resources of the character creator.

As someone who spends more time in the character creator than the game, I totally empathise here. I absolutely HATE when that creation doesn’t turn out the same in the in-game engine. Especially when I have to play through some 20 minute intro before I can even see them (side eyes Destiny).

The effort put into this event was so much, that it really highlighted how little we got by comparison in AC Origins’ meager FFXV-related side-quest.

It is literally THE Buddhist symbol.

Good. The Japanese shouldn’t have to abandon one of their religious symbols because some white people fucked up and now want to forget the symbol ever existed. Anyone who things otherwise is a fucking idiot and can go fuck themselves.

I don’t hold it against Nvizzio that Roller Coaster Tycoon World was a disaster given it was passed between studios multiple times and I’m sure they had to rush it to market, but no way in Hell would I trust Atari to manage this project correctly after that fiasco.
