Good thing Samir wasn’t driving, he doesn’t pay attention to the calls.

She even got cheers and whoops from a nonexistent studio audience when she walked into frame!

Totally agree, for the US. Here in the UK almost everyone drives a manual, unless it’s a premium luxury car, a hybrid, or there are medical/age related reasons. My housemate drives a manual diesel Civic. He knows nothing about cars- the other day, he pointed out an Audi next to us, and said it looked nice, what is it,

Most large companies simply have no way to generate real innovation. the way that they get new ideas or new innovations is by buying out and partnering with smaller, entrepreneurial companies.

It sounds crazy, you think “Gosh- a company with that kind of money and power should be able to do anything”

It’s not always predictable and love and care isn’t a perfect fix. You never really know how you’re going to feel when

Dear God.  We’ve reached cat lady status.

Correction: I did not “run marketing.” I worked as a marketing manager for the VP of Marketing, John Kramer (formerly from Chrysler). I was just a 20-something “underling” at the time.

What a great article. This makes the Millenia make so much more sense, and really makes me wonder about what could have been. The Millenia felt so far ahead of it’s time, and so much nicer than it had any business being as a mere Mazda.

That would be worth reading about, older equipment that can still do the job for amateur use. In laymen terms too.
