Maybe it's because you dont live in hot humid climate countries? Try making a soft top that last more than 5 years in south america, africa or asia is fucking impossible unless you garage your car..

And nothing is wrong with the CLA45's engine being 4 cylinder. Sandcasted block with a closed deck. Entire bottom end is forged(pistons, rods, crankshaft) running a Borg Warner B03 twin scroll at 26.1 psi. It is a RACE engine suiting the AMG badge.

I dont think the FQ series of Evos were factory produced. I dont think MT was talking about tuner/dealer modified specials.

On a somewhat related note — after hearing the rumble a few times in the neighborhood I am in an E55 AMG stalking phase. Any thoughts re: this model, maintenance, real life experiences, etc.?? Seems like a fun car and decent alternative to the commonplace Audis and BMWs, and that exhaust note...Damn that exhaust.

As an E30 owner this bugs the crap out of me. So many people's hoods are not aligned properly and this is the result. A quick few trial and errors adjusting the rubber stops and this would be solved. Instead it glares out at me and I can't stop seeing it.
