Maybe a better title would've been best HANDHELD out there. That I could get behind (though I have no Vita to compare it to.)

Would've bought Overstrike. No interest whatsoever in this.

Poke, poke, poke!

I'm not saying it's "false" or that the game won't be, in fact, brutal - I just don't think it should be a part of the game that should be advertised. I always hate it when games do that. It makes it sound like they're made for 13-15 year olds who think blood and splatter and violence are just so cool!

Yeah, I had the same problem, just couldn't get into it.

Really? Advertising your game using two words, one of which is "brutal?"

I loved the N64 controller. Also, I never broke a single controller, and I was a 12 year old kid back then, I'm pretty sure I was quite violent with my controllers.

"But what's easier to refuse, a $400 (or more) machine that offers the next edition of your favorite game series, and delivers it with even more mindblowing visuals and a cool controller, or a $400 machine that does its damndest to alienate its most loyal segment?"

Best Water Temple in any Zelda game.

I just found the enemies infuriating. You could only kill them with the ball and chain, and they'd usually throw those spears at you before you had a chance to rev up.

I agree it was a bit ... stale. But the puzzles and layout were very good (like most of TP's dungeons).

How do people make these? Seriously, I have no idea how that's possible. Is it a frame-by-frame edit?

Don't have anything useful to contribute? Resort to ad hominem attacks.

Much as I agree with your sentiments about Apple, you still have to admit that they're incredibly popular. Their shit sells. And consoles have always been about being as simple as possible - just dropping in your game and playing without any of the hassle that PCs generally come with. So I somewhat agree with Gabe

That's ok. It probably will get one by the time there are games I want for it.

I prefer 2 to 1, in terms of gameplay, setting, atmosphere, variety etc. The first one just wins on story imo.

If Aphrodite's satisfied, it seems likely that he's got all he needs, and knows how to use it.

No, he just can't get it up when he's not angry.

That was funny.

Maybe it's with his wife in a flashback? It seems unlikely that this would be the first GoW game without one.
