I can GET an i8 from a couple dealerships within a few miles, even test drive them. there isn’t a single new NSX anywhere around here on any lot one can sit in much less drive. Ive yet to even see one in the wild around here and this is an area where one can see a Ford GT once a week or so

that’s between private citizens. the first amendment has NEVER protected assholery between people. It only means the GOVERNMENT can’t officially do anything about it.

unless the recipient believes it is racially or religiously motivated and then it becomes ‘hate speech” which loses protection. So all you need is a thin skinned recipient who self identifies as a victim class and your free speech disappears

the “E” for things like this should not be for “expensive as f*ck”. take a $300 bicycle, put a $200 e assist kit sourced from China, then charge well over a thousand dollars? and then wonder why uptake is so slow?

on my 2018 colorado, OTAs only modify entertainment system and driver displays. Engine or other stuff, like airbag sensor calibration (the ZR2 recall) have to be done in shop. so no driving dynamics can be affected by remote

I just got one from Costco, the Nova Plus, a couple weeks ago so won’t be rushing out to buy this one. BUT getting a LOT of use out of the instant pot. it’s phased out the rice cooker but not the slow cooker yet because that’s got a lot more capacity

don’t worry, if they can’t seize it because of public outrage over $900 of drugs in the car, there won’t be any outcry if they seize it because they found a $200 handgun.

time to try out that EV package Chevy brags about?

heating oil, plastics and other uses are subsidized the same way. care to separate out what’s fuel and what isn’t?

DE-FENSE! DE-FENSE! High profile Democrat said something stupid, circle the wagons and try to make it sound less stupid!

personally, I’d say it was Gal Godot. :)

how much of that is CARB credits being sold and “profit” listed from tax breaks and such from the State of California and the City of Fremont?

there are plenty of casino billboards along the interstates that pretty much do the whole “you got 10 mile less since the last one to come here and spend your life savings for our tribal coffers”
