I too developed chronic shoulder pain from this issue. My head is constantly bent forward. I am staring down at my phone all day. Down at my laptop all day. My head is propped up to read in bed. propped up at the same sharp angle to watch tv from the couch. I am 6'8 so I constantly crank my neck down to talk to people.
