my understanding is that EL runs on 12v DC power, which is what your psu outputs over the 4-pin connections. never done it myself, though, so i'm not 100% sure what you'd need

four bolts, a piece of plexiglass, and a dremel can turn any case into a windowed case. :P

ESPECIALLY if you care about fancy light up cases, build your own. EL wire and a few LED's cost next to nothing.
