well as a heads up, that's not what you want to say. "tranny" "shemale" "heshe" and things like that are not the prefered nomenclature. "transgendered" "transexual" "trans" "intersex" are ok.

it sounds like the reassignment surgery was something that was kinda rushed. my understanding of these things is that it requires years of psychological analysis and hormone therapy before someone is allowed to go through with it, for exactly this reason. was that not the case here?
