at thanksgiving we had a platter of cheeses, including fresh mozzarella, and meats, including prosciutto. i ignored all the others and wrapped slices of prosciutto around pieces of mozzarella. it was amazing.

too much of anything is unhealthy, the key to everything is moderation. if someone needs to cut back on saturated fats in their diet, this is one less painful way (taste-wise) to do it.
