Plus that’s a great song.

It also knocked Miami’s draft position down about 4 spots.

No matter the talent level of the two teams, I’m always pleasantly surprised when they win in Miami. They never seem to play all that well there, with some minor exceptions.

Last year was bizaaro year for sure. Losing to the Lions, Jags and Titans? Then beating KC in their own barn, a place where they’ve literally never played well? Strange indeed. The Miami Miracle was bizarre but I’ve long since accepted that weird shit happens to them in Miami and it turned out not to matter a whit.

Nah, Eagles lost to the Pats in SB 39, so they’re out.

I always do, particularly at sporting events.

There is a very good article to be written about Seattle’s final drive in SB 49, because the Butler interception was about the 5th completely strange play that happened during it. I’ve played with the idea myself.

Logan Mankins was the last one I can remember. He was an RFA in 2010. Got tendered, the price if he signed with another team was a 1st and a 3rd so he got no offered He held out for 10 games, came back to knock off another year on his contract, and then came back and played 9 games and made the Pro Bowl.

I haven’t seen the Saints flayed this badly since Bartholomew.

There were two other 3rd and short situations earlier in the game where Seattle gave the ball to Lynch and he didn’t get the first down. That must have played a part in their thinking.

I can’t hurt them more than they’ve already hurt themselves.

He played that game with a broken thumb. Went on IR for the season immediately afterwards.

I just realized that too, lol.

OWNS, OWNS

Why good sir, I’m a Patriots fan!

I just thought it was hilarious, honestly. The guy can’t help himself.

He’s right though, because the woofing I’ve seen on Twitter from Chiefs fans during the offseason is a strong indicator that they’ll be impressive in their obnoxiousness should it ever happen.

Hell, I thought the Pats should trade them Hoyer, even though that wouldn’t bring much in return.

The complaints that Dee Ford should have been warned by the official that he was lined up offsides late in the 4th qtr of the AFCCG are so ludicrous as not to be mentioned. The dude fucked up bad, and as shown by his sideline quote, wasn’t remotely aware of it.

Totally agreed on all counts. Those guys got 3-1 when Brady was suspended, a huge accomplishment. Brissett had hardly any experience when he was thrust into action and acquitted himself extremely well. I hope he does great in Indy.
