No disagreement there, although the Eagles did go up 7-0 early and I started getting a bit nervous. McNabb got concussed on a blitz early one, which is why I think Reid didn’t run the hurry-up late.

Every time I talk to this guy about the Vikings, I think I am.

Boston fans then generally felt like the bottom was always going to drop out from under them, that anything good was just going to end with Lucy pulling the football out of the way at the last second.

Small correction: Bill Simmons doesn’t seem to care about beating the Eagles.

I dunno man, what happened after SB39 when Reid didn’t run hurry-up despite being down 10 points to the Pats late in the 4th qtr? I kinda remember Reid and McNabb taking a bunch of shit for that, but then again it was 1) a long time ago and 2) I was drunk.

I think the refs have essentially been told “Don’t eject the players, let the league suspend them later after review.” If Talib didn’t get ejected from SB 50 for throwing a guy down well out of bounds by his facemask and damn near breaking his neck (and it only cost his team like 2 yards), then no one’s getting

Whatever helps you get through your day. We’re none of us perfect. In all honesty I’m genuinely flattered you think I’m decently funny, that’s really my only goal here.

I knew you’d be waiting to comment! LOL. If you’re gonna follow me around here at least buy me dinner!

Dammit, yes, I see that now. Me no read so good.

Are those Mitchell’s ankles he’s breaking in that clip?

Iloka’s suspension was reduced to just a fine.

Took me a moment, but I lol’d. Take your damn star.

He’s got some good points in his rant, but I can’t help but wonder if Gronk being back from his suspension and active for the upcoming game in two weeks between New England and Pittsburgh with HFA in the playoffs on the line had anything to do with Mitchell’s takes.....

Dammit, in this battle I was rooting for injuries.

Eli’s back! Eli’s back! Celebratory plates of paste for everyone!

I believe that TWR BTCC Volvo wagon team also put a stuffed animal golden retriever in the cargo hatch area during warmups/practice to give other teams the piss.

Bologna sandwiches? Whadda maronne.

Tito outsmarted himself. He had put in Martinez in the OF and took out Coco, because ostensibly Martinez has a better throwing arm, but the odds were far higher that Martinez would eventually bat than they were that he’d need to make a defensive throw that Coco couldn’t.

They must love his versatility: he can play 6 positions on the field and suck at all of them.

This has to happen next year, doesn’t it? Coughlin’s not going to let Eli end his career with, say, the Cardinals. The Jags are close.
