I need to push back on this article because I owned one. I had a 1999 ‘Trigue GL with the Shortstar as my daily driver for 5 years, from 2001 through 2006. I loved GM depreciation on a dying brand because the car listed new at $24K and I bought it 2 years later with 34K on the clock for only $9000.
