All the starters sucked in the playoffs last year. Porcello won the Cy yet was awful in Game 1.

He didn’t invent the bad elbow this spring, which I suspect is behind most of this stuff. We saw Lackey do the same grumpy act in 2011 when he was awful, and it turned out his elbow was toast. I have to think something similar is happening here.
No way. He was damn good last year. He’s had one good start, one bad start, and one meh start since coming off the DL, which is pretty much what one might expect given that he had an elbow injury.
No idea, why Price is so pissed off, but anyone who tells the Boston sports media to go shit in their collective hats is alright in my book.
Rob hits that dude harder than the Bills’ defense hit anyone last season.
Stef, I love love love love LOVE your reactions in that video. The “I’m so happy it’s over and it was great and I’m terrified” faces. Good work.
YOU’RE EMBARRASSING ME, DAD
Calgary, in response: “That’s a lovely pompadour you’ve got there Brian, it would be a shame if something were to happen to it.”
I thought I just read that the NFLPA is already telling players to start saving up to last out the inevitable lockout that’s coming in a couple of years. Of course who thinks the players will actually do so?
Plus the ability to say “My client got $55 million!” without mentioning that only $15 million is guaranteed and the guy can be cut in two years with minimal hassle.
Where are the agents in this picture? Shouldn’t a decent agent be able to look at an offered rookie contract and say, No, that’s not an allowed clause?
Yeah, I put in 86 hours on my run and didn’t feel compelled to take a break in the middle like I did with DA:I. I enjoyed the game.
I just finished my first runthrough of the game this weekend, and I thought it was a pretty fun ride, albeit one that could have used some more time in the oven. The post-release patches have made a huge difference in the facial and other animations. The story does lag in the middle and there has to be a way to made…
Ex-cellent. *flexes fingers*
Hah. I’m a fan of the team and I live in New England, so I’ve been watching his pressers and reading the press coverage of him for 17 years now. He has a script and never, ever, ever goes off of it.
Damn, in another thread I predicted that in response to a concussion question he’d say:
Shut the internet down folks, it’s never gonna get any better than this.
Yes! And yes.
Cue the The Incredible Hulk end show theme.
