Well the Stone Talus minibosses can be climbed, you pretty much have to if you wanna get to their weak point. And you can climb sleeping Hinoxes. Dunno if that counts.

It’s also just one ending. The game has seven separate storylines, so that’s essentially just the end of that chapter.
