Ah! Brief rundown on Planeswalkers.

Found myself feeling the same way. I have way more fun in Mystery Heroes when I don’t want to play seriously, because at least then the Hero picks aren’t anyone’s fault so I don’t care. But QP just feels pointless.

There’s a limit to these careers in competitive gaming to be honest.
I’ve personally been a pro MTG / Yu-Gi-Oh player for years doing well in tournaments, but...eventually you just outgrow it.

What I mean is a large portion of what keeps a kid playing these games are the people surrounding them and at some point the

She bared her bare hands to lay bare the barely-beating bear heart she would bear to her master, which was more than he could bear. Later, she bore a bearded boar aboard a board, which was boring but just barely above-board.

Honestly though, the live action and Arise were just future porn at best. The manga too(who needs pacing)!

I might even suggest the original movie is also pretty overhyped. Stand Alone Complex is probably the only one that does storytelling right.

I say this as a fan big fan of GITS btw. I’m like 90% sure whatever the

Counterpoint: It was fantastic and I want more of the same.

Or you could:
- Watch the original movies
- Watch the anime (2 seasons)

It really is a case of nit-picky tunnel vision, and the io9 review is PAINFULLY apparent, because there’s a whole paragraph essentially saying that the design was the best thing in the film, but also using words that make it seem godawful, but literally everything described in that paragraph was directly adapted from

“It’s almost like they plan out ways to be as excited or disappointed as they want MONTHS in advance of seeing the film and set all their expectations so heavily that they’re really just regurgitating the same bile they’ve been spewing and re-swallowing rather than actually look at the film on its own merits.”

Seriously. It’s just fucking obnoxious. It’s almost like they plan out ways to be as excited or disappointed as they want MONTHS in advance of seeing the film and set all their expectations so heavily that they’re really just regurgitating the same bile they’ve been spewing and re-swallowing rather than actually look

Why because he liked the film? I loved both.

I also absolutely loved it. And I liked the soundtrack.

From someone that never watched the anime, I thought it was great! The action was interesting, the music was interesting (but nothing I’d pull up a soundtrack to listen to), the visuals were great, I loved the cast, and the whole future aesthetic was wonderful.

I’m having more and more a difficult time taking reviews like this seriously. Kotaku and io9 have expressed hatred towards this and other movies before they’ve been released and ultimately I think you saw the movie you wanted to, one you hated. I don’t know if its because of an unshakeable hold onto the source

me and Mike Fahey, saw the anticipated and controversial live-action adaptation of Ghost in the Shell, an anime we both love.

This would be hilarious if it wasn’t so sad.

I DO think it’s hilarious that they worked a lore reason for the gear reset into the reveal trailer.

Nah, I actually think this is what most players want. Current Destiny is a mess in terms of balancing, economy, leveling, and pretty much everything involving gear.

It’s a link to a website where you read the story from cards.

I presume they’ll include some kind of primer for the PC version; I’m guessing a cutscene at the beginning.
