I don’t get the people saying it doesn’t look good... I mean, the textures might be a bit small but I’m expecting an official high res texture pack like Skyrim got 4 months after release and the animations I’ll admit are a bit clunky but really, I think the environments look gorgeous... I’m a sucker for god beams tho.

I think one of the biggest reasons Morrowind left such a big impression on me was the lack of fast travel. It forced you to explore the map.

They didn't tho? They created a brand new studio just for ESO. Personally, I don't count it as an Elder Scrolls game partially because it's not Bethesda Game Studios.
