The US guys do this stuff too. They also happen to be completely unphased by track conditions.

On the bright side however, the street kids aren't going to be able to break in and race on it so long as there are all of these parked cars on it.
If there were another motorsport you would like to try, what would it be? (Rally, Endurance Racing, Drifting, V8 Supercar, etc.)
I'm glad i'm not the only one. If a game has made a racetrack somewhere, odds are its someplace worth racing on. And the TXR series is pretty much proof.
Fair point.
Thats the best kind! IMPOSSIBRU-
The worst thing about this article for me was the fact that at the bottom/side of the post were advertisements for State Farm auto insurance. Too soon, Internet.
Gotta love those crazy bosozoku! He's learned the masterful art of getting a lowered car in and out of driveways, hes learned how to play jingle bells via his exhaust system.. The next course of action he can take to further his coolness would probably have to be making his horn play ride of the valkyries, or flight…
Just ran a 7:27.716. And i'm nearly 0.4 up coming through the first sector. Sadly, every time i push harder than that, it ends in an off or a crash. I'm estimating the ultimate time for this car would be a 7:25... I'll try and give it another go later.
So thats what they are going to run in the Grand-AM GX class? I can dig it.
My second lap on the Ring in this car was a 7:30.9, and i know theres still another second or two in there. Considering this is just the base model, thats gonna make newer model Z06, ZR1 and Grand Sport variations pretty damn fast.
Always a fucking Lada... just sayin. If your ever within the presence of a Lada-on-Lada collision, time stands still.
They had a competition on Fords website to design a new special edition Mustang. If your design was voted the best, Ford would give you one. I essentially, based one off the original Eleanor, dubbing it 'MK1 Eleanor'. 2 people commented it and downvoted it and said 'Eleanor was a Silver/Black GT500'.
I love how the slalom clips come on during the lyric 'im about to lose control'. Couldn't more aptly sum up the cars in the commercial.
Raving Hawk Man (VW Karmann Ghia). Good thing we decided to play this game with VW models, imagine if we had played with Audi/BMW/Mercedes?
Totally would rather rock the wagon. We just need to give up our dependency on SUVs here. Seriously, if you live anywhere with paved roads in the US that isn't far north(where snow happens), just get a wagon instead. If the sales tip in favor in the wagon, we'll start seeing manufacturers importing the awesome wagons…
Beat me to it. Perhaps the circuit that Gran Turismo 4 used would be interesting too. Nomatter which route you chose though, using Manhattan for a street course is going to cause a traffic nightmare.
