He’s flaunting his disrespect to the law, in hopes that it will boost his image among his peers. Yes, stupid people do that. Of course he knows that you can’t prove what he is smoking isn’t tobacco.

He’s engaged in behaviour detrimental to the safe operation of his vehicle and is plainly not focused on that task. Id think in many jurisdictions this would be distracted or careless driving. The joint isn’t my focus...it could be a ham sandwich...dude is not in control nor looking at the road.

I really need to reconsider giving up riding a motorcycle if this is what the future has waiting for me out on the “High-way.”

As a guy, I just want to say that this is tough. I want to be clear that the guys who did this stuff was wrong, but men are left in a Catch-22. I’m sure I will be eviscerated, but here goes the reasoning.
