I use DownThemAll and FlashGot in Firefox. DTA is a really good download manager which can also extract the video files from many sites; it supports multithreaded downloads, pause/resume, filename and path patterns, and more. FlashGot can extract video from many more sites and send the download URLs to DTA's queue.
