Red shirts that die easily? Now where have I heard that before...

“Trish! That sure were too close fur comfort.”
“What?”
“I just saved on of your 9 lifes!”
“Seriously, why do everyone talk about cats around me?”
“...right meow?”
“Jessica Jones! Stop!”
“That’s simply not pawssible!”
“AAAHHHH!”
“Sorry... No hard ...felines?”

i tend to do better than literally like 85% of people in any given match, so i guess most of everyone must suck even worse

Damn, a whole comment that’s dumb as hell!

I don’t hate Three Billboards because it was morally and politically terrible, I hate it because it was just a bad fucking movie. Drew, as always, sees me.

Yes that’s the plan, HulkHogansDick

Inquisition had great main story quests, just wish it composed more than like 10% of the game and wasn’t squashed between 90% of mmo fetch quest fucking around.

I could hardly make it through the book. Bored the crap out of me. Many things about it frustrated me, but the whole insistence of the narrator that the giant hole in the ground was actually a tower grated particularly.

This is very good Kotaku. I would buy this Fromer’s guide. 5/5.

Endless scrolling takes another!!!

Great advice all around but know what also helps too? Co-oping online! seriously hit a wall with pink rathian but after a few SOS co op missions I floored the fucker bitch solo. Playing with people helps studying the movements allot better.

If you figure out how to solo Diablos you will be in really good shape for high tier monsters. Keep at it, and do the Screamer Pods and Flashbugs. Also, might want to look into crafting better healing items if you haven’t already.

When you woke up this morning, did you think of yourself as someone who would call the teenaged survivor of a mass shooting a liar on the internet, or are you surprised to learn that about yourself?

The dual blades aren’t bad at all, but they can be incredibly taxing on the player when you don’t know the monster’s attack patterns very well. Diablos is big on quick checks and charges, so if you over-devote, then you’re gonna get smacked. Roll through his legs and stab at his calves (or whatever. Cankles) from

Stay in the back of his legs, slightly to the outside. If he’s a bigger one, his tail swings will miss you, his bites obviously don’t work, and his charges will obviously miss.
Learn to recognize his shoulder check and you can usually just dodge right underneath him before it fires.

If you’re in front of him, walk

Diablos has one of the smallest move pools in the game, he can be trivialized simply by knowing the 3-4 attacks he has. Granted, 2 of those attacks have tricky aspects to them but once you know those tricks theyre easy.

I don’t know why but Diablos is just hard for me like nothing else in the game is, not even the end bosses.

Gunlance trivializes Diablos pretty hard - get a few points in Guard and you can just block his charges/tail whips/eruptions.

Scream Pods when he is underground, Flash pods when he is above ground. Try to get mounts as much as you can, most areas have either a slope or a ledge you can use.

I hit the Diablos Wall and I’m REALLY trying to not let me quit the game.
