The thing with modern hot hatches is that they can keep up with most of the other sports cars with 400-500 hp.. Just watch AutoExpress compare the Civic Type R against the Ausi RS3 and the BMW M3 and then watch other times around their racetrack and see how vlose they are..

The thing is.. You don’t need a super-duper power unit in it.. Most people would be fine with an up-rated supercharged V8 from the F-Type.. Get it to 600-650 Horsepower and sell even more.. I have the feeling that it might get into production if the movie is successful..
