Actually you are wrong. The price of the original game isn’t included in that price at all. It is being given away for free the same way Blizzard gives out the original WoW with expansion packs. It helps more people be willing to buy into the expansion and thus the game again so they earn more money.

What? It’s $50 for a whole new expansion. If you want a character slot buy a character slot for $10. Would you rather they remove the core game from the package and keep the price at $50? It was always going to be $50 either way, they’re just making it easy for new players so they don’t have to buy 2 different…
