I'm not sure where you get your info but most athletes ARE NOT on scholarship.

Scholarships aren't payment for what the athletes do; often they're guided by counselors to pick the easiest path so they don't fail out, not to get a bachelor's degree.

Can people stop using this archaic and inane argument. A scholarship is obviously not fair value for what most of these players bring in to these universities.
