The Witness is too expensive, period. Everyone I know interested by the game is waiting for Steam sales to get it at 25$ or less.

Unfortunately, this game has way too much korean MMO crap holding it back. Mostly, grind and more grind. To be honest, the combat is quite fun and the universe setting is interesting, but everything else is so damn bland and boring... I never managed to stop playing a MMO as fast as this one. All I could stomach was…
I also believe it is morally objectionnable as you are technically making copies of something you don’t own the right to. And as far as the use of “stealing” for piracy, I’m on the side that thinks it’s the wrong word, but that’s just technicals, albeit an important technical point. In most countries, piracy is…
No, it’s not a logical conclusion.. I didn’t make an argument in favor or against piracy. I merely corrected a biased statement that isn’t backed up by any objective and peer-reviewed study yet. All we have are biased data analysis by devs, retailers or (pro-)pirates themselves. Both sides of the argument are mostly…
For one you have absolutley no idea of my purchasing or pirating habits, so that’s that.
Like I just said, depends on who did the data review and which side of the argument you are. Game devs are biased towards one side. But even then, CD Projekt still doesn’t put DRM on their products. They even gave real Witcher 3 keys on pirate forums.
Every few years some pirates come out and say that. Then a few weeks or months later, there is a breakthrough in the cracking process and everything is back to normal.
It has never been proven (yet) with definitive facts that piracy has an overall positive or negative effect on the economy of any digital medium, especially not the economic success of a video game. Whether it has a real efect on the economy currently largely depends on which side of the argument you are and who did…
Not really. Can’t be compared at all.
No, hence why we ask, they say no, then we capture them and do whatever we planed to do so everyone can become immortal or at least live longer and better. If you don’t die, you are not human, you are a monster that needs to be investigated to protect ourselves.
An immortal human would definitively end up almost exactly like in the movie. 46 people out of 8 billion is absolutelely nothing. Most people won’t even think twice about experimenting on them if it can potentially save themselves or a family member in the future.
Not sure I’ll be interested after playing Ark: Survival Evolved.
I do not have enough interest, nor time available to play it.
Wait, they are skipping the middle of the story with the anime and going straight to the end? They expect people to play the second game to fill in the blanks or what?
I prefer his older self look now than his younger days look.
I’m not sure the poor in the USA would agree totally with that statement.. And you are wrong, poverty is increasing, not decreasing. The middle class is disapearing in favor of more rich and more poor, inequality is at its highest since ever and the USA are on the verge of one of history’s worst economic collapse that…
Not every culture. The job/work being central to ones life is like 200 years old at most. Before that, most people were working to live and not living to work.
She is not that easy to kill and the main problem was Widow + Mercy which fortunately has been nerfed, although I still wonder what went through Blizzard’s head when they decided a scoped shot should cost 3 ammo. Wouldn’t have been too hard to make her able to shoot only when it’s at 100% and punish misses instead.
There will always be heroes perceived as “supreme” when they are not. Torb and Widowmaker, on their own, were never a threat to good players. However, adding Mercy to the mix proved infuriating in many ways, hence the nerf bat came.
This character is a big problem for Blizzard though. It’s a new player killing machine, but pretty much useless against veteran players. I’m not sure what they could do with him (Torb has the same problem) to make it less frustrating for beginners and more competitive at the pro level as well.
