Spectator mode is public, anyone can go in and watch, then broadcast what they are watching if they want to. What's for sure is that Azuzu have absolutely no right over it and Twitch is in no obligation at all to do anything. As been said, the only ones who can act on it are Riot.

This game is boring after the "shiny" period. Depending how much you enjoy multiplayer coop FPS, the "shiny" might go from 30 minutes up to a few hours. For me it was about 2h.

That's only true for matches in which minor mistakes are made, then it's true most people won't recognize being the problem. However, when someone solo dies multiple tiems within 10 minutes, it's hardly your fault.
