You want a real honest answer? There really isn't anything better in the theme park genre. FFXIV dev team picked every single thing that makes WoW (quest system, PvE fights) SWTOR (storytelling) and GW2 (dynamic content) successful, put it in their 2.0 version and kept it as polished as possible.

Doesn't change the feeling of most that, right now, it's the "best" of the "generic" along with GW2.

EVE proved this to be a working scheme though..

It's free on Dolphin and it plays great with a PS3/X360 controller. Problem solved.

Yeah, it's very solid, probably the culmination of the current gen of WoW (quests/dungeons/combat) / SWTOR (story leveling) / GW2 (dynamic events) all mixed together.
