@LightPress: Right. It is not the same thing as say China. But censorship *is* not allowing someone else to say, do or otherwise publish something on the basis of you not liking the content. That is what Apple has been doing since the start of the App Store.

Casey, you might want to add this quote from the original article:

I think the overall tone of this was Apple saying "You're all crazy, but since we want you to stop whining we will give you free cases for now."

@akarpens: Usually your .edu address stays active for a while. All you have to do is click the verification link they send you, and it can be added onto your existing Amazon account. Don't think they would send you anything else to that email after the confirmation.

@nowXorXnever: Abuse of weapons? How would that be any different from him going out and shooting a coke can, or a clay pigeon? There is nothing insulting in any way with that video, other than a few people thinking its a waste of money. What he does with his own money and property does not reflect back on 'his country

@BGR: He did not receive the credit on his bill. He was told that even if a credit was given, it would be removed when it hit review.

@Dinosaur!: Yeah I went by my store around noon today and the guy said they'll have stock on Thursday. Seemed confident but you never know how much they actually tell those guys.

For a lot of people this is news that they find to be of some use (such as people who were going to wait in line on Thursday). That being said, for every comment here to be sarcastic "OMG I have to wait?" is uncalled for and quite trollish.

@Cheesus Crust: Most thermal curtains have white on the back of them to reflect, and a heavy fabric on the front to block light/extra heat.

@jonbruc: Yeah, because the G1 version of the iPhone was not subsidized.
